30-Day Return Policy (UK)

At Laren Fete, we want you to feel comfortable when ordering from our store. If for any reason the product you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within the time period outlined below.

Return Overview

Return period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of returned items
To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Be returned without signs of wear or damage

Applicable region
This return policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, our support team will gladly assist you.

Return Shipping Costs

Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, we will arrange the return and cover the associated shipping cost.

Change of mind
If you decide you no longer need the item or ordered the wrong product, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Restocking Fees

Laren Fete does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 – Contact us
Send an email to contact@larenfete.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return

Step 2 – Prepare the item
Pack the product carefully, ideally using the original packaging and including all accessories.

Step 3 – Send the parcel
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the address where the item should be sent.

Return Address: To initiate a return, please mail your items directly to our returns center at the following address: 10 Church Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 6AB, United Kingdom.

Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (original credit card or payment platform) within a certain amount of days.

Refund Processing

After your return has been received, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return conditions.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size, colour, or product, please contact us and we will assist you in arranging an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. If this applies to a specific product, it will always be clearly stated on the product page.
